sexual assault survivors

Important Update: February 2020

The State of New York recently passed the Child Victims Act (CVA) which resets the Statute of Limitations for anyone who was subjected to childhood sexual abuse in New York. You now have until 2020 to file a legal action against sexual predators and the institutions which enable them.

February 13, 2020: Over 1,300 survivors have come forward to file civil lawsuits against child sexual predators. The current law allowing these cases to be filed is set to expire at midnight on August 13, 2020. If you have a case, contact us now for a free consultation. We’re happy to answer any questions you have, and all conversations are 100% free and confidential – please contact us at (212) 233-3600.

Our firm has years of experience litigating sexual assault cases for both adults and minors, and I am sensitive to the needs of survivors who have been subjected to this conduct. For a limited time, you now have a path forward.
