BREAKING NEWS: Columbia University Enabled Sexual Predator OB/GYN to Abuse Women and Children for Two Decades

Columbia University and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital’s serial sexual predator Robert Hadden exploited and abused countless female patients for decades. The survivors of Hadden’s abuse include single women, married women, pregnant women, recent mothers, and an ever growing list of girls who Hadden abused during their first visits to a gynecologist. If you have info, please report it to us by calling (800) 215-1003. All calls are 100% confidential, and if you worked with Hadden your reports are protected by both state and federal whistleblower laws.

Despite being arrested by the NYC Police at one of the institution’s OB/GYN clinics for sexually abusing a patient, Columbia University let Hadden back to work at that very same clinic, unsupervised, where he continued to sexually assault women and girls countless more times.

Our firm has years of experience litigating sexual assault cases for both adults and minors, and I am sensitive to the needs of survivors who have been subjected to this conduct. There is a path forward. Call us to learn more about these cases or to report any information you have that may help expose Columbia and their decades of enabling.

October 12, 2020 Update: Over 125 women and girls have come forward to report abuse by Columbia-Presbyterian sexual predator OB/GYN Robert Hadden. The total number of women and girls who are affected is currently unknown, but is staggering.
