Why do we do what we do?
We all do what we do because we believe it is the right thing. We believe it is right to help those who have been wronged and cannot help themselves. And we see all the time how so many in the medical profession have lost their focus and are more driven by making money than actually protecting patients. So we are doing our part by holding those who hurt people accountable.
We are all fans of quality medical care and I often find myself in awe of what can be done to make our lives better. However, I am not a fan of neglect. Nor am I a fan of anything that makes patients unsafe. I do what I do because I believe that the way to serve justice is not just through compensation, but by doing everything possible to prevent that which happened to our clients from happening to anyone else.
I am not only committed to obtaining the best result for each client, but also to bringing to light questionable practices in the medical profession. This includes assisting our clients in ways that are not traditional for most law firms. As a result, we can only take a small number of cases and then work each and every case up fully in anticipation of a jury trial. When appropriate, we also assist and advise our clients about how to obtain help outside of the lawsuit. Whether it includes assistance with obtaining needed medical treatment or therapies, or negotiating medical liens, we are often able to provide these non-traditional services to our clients simply because we care about people in our community.
